King Tut Exhibit-My Review
At the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA.org) Went this morning at 9:30. No cameras, no food, no liquids. Audio tour is available (didn't try, but lots did), very, very crowded, so much so that it was hard to get to the exhibit cases. Mostly exhibits of non-Tut things, but very interesting. Beautiful tooling on the gold, hard to believe it was done 3000+ years ago. Not a lot on Tut himself, no mummies, no Tut death mask, a really fancy sarcacophus of a relative, or however you spell it. Was it worth the $24, $30 with Audio tour, I guess if your into Tut, but a bit of a let down. Takes about an hour and a quarter to walk through
