I'd first check the connectors to the starter solenoid (on the starter motor) - sometimes a spade connector corrodes or falls off. Also check the battery connection to the starter and the engine ground strap. If all looks good there, use a test light to the starter solenoid wire to make sure that when the ingition switch is turned all the way (momentary start) the solenoid is getting current. If it isn't, you'll need to check the switch itself. Double check both battery connections at the battery and the ground to the battery.
