Interesting. Seems more kids read the better they do at tests.
Also, it is apparent that kids are getting smarter and able to take higher mathematics at an ealier age.
Nothing really new about that for those who taught.
Would be interesting to find why minorities had a decline in the 90's. Does that mean some programs were cut in the 80's?
Does that mean there was a lot of new teachers hired in the 90's?
