i was gonna do it, looks pretty straightforward to me too, but had to move then R&P went bang. If i can get car transported to my house i'll do it and do a write up on it. I will say that to get a good idea of what you can do to your suspension i would follow something like this.

I had measured mine at one time and found that i could drop it about 1 1/4" front and 3/4 - 1" rear. also, my car was stock and had different heights at all 4 corners.
