I was looking at my father's DD214 today. I do not understand the list of commendations. Can anyone translate for me. He was in Korea during the war as part of the 2nd Infantry Division. He never really talked about it much.

The list of commendations is as follows:
Korean Service Medal with 2 Bronze Service stars, Combat Infantry Badge, U N Service Medal, Occupation Service Medal (Germany), Dist Unit Cit (DACO 727 Aug 51)

Any help would be appreciated.
