Fuel volume/pressure
compression
timing
You have to actually have to test these systems in order to find out is wrong with them. If fuel volume and pressure check out, there is nothing wrong with the lines and filter. You then move on to the fuel distributor and other components. Buy, rent, or borrow the test equipment needed to solve your problem.
