Another rewiring question about my 1974 914.

I desesparatly looking for the turn signal wire behing the main gauge. Looks like there is no one, and as i cant read 1974 flow chart, i am lost. I tried with a tester to find a wire that clings with the flasher to no help. What color is it?

The switch for the hand brake is borken. Would that be why the red warning brake light is constantly falshing?
