Look at:

K5 is the bulb and J1 is the switch.
the track is 45. This is located at the bottom of the page (black letters in the yellow section). Find 45, go up, you will see the turn signal indicator K5) with a blue/white wire comming from J1.
Does the flashers work and it's only the bulb in the instrument cluster that doesn't light? Does the emergency flasher work? Just trying to rule out the flasher relay.
As for the brake warning light,read:

This might cure your flashing brake light in the cluster.
