What's the problem with it? The features are WAY OFF...most Natives I know (family included) looking nothing like that...heck, the skin color is even off...(we're more of a brown hue

Moses, I really don't think that the bulk of the mascots, cartoons, stand up routines, etc. are offensive. Do some people? Sure. If they don't like it, or don't want their children to see it...turn the channel.
