Im 41 and I work out at the gym for 2 hours 3 days a week and started just 2 months ago. Im doing it to keep in shape and love it. I have gained about 10 pounds since I started so it must be muscle building. I dont watch my weight normally but thought I would keep and eye on it since I joined the gym. I dont normally fluctuate much in weight but this caught me by surprise. I thought that I would probably lose a few instead I gained. I talked to a nurse at the gym and she said its normal.
I also eat alot better like your doing. Lots of steak, chicken and vegetables.
I feel so much better now not that I was out of shape much but this is different then my normal excercise {swimming, hunting, hiking, canoeing, biking,mowing the grass,working on my house,land} and I keep adding to my program.
