UPS sux
And I will never use those worthless ba$tards again. Package was supposed to arrive last Friday. Checked online, hey changed to today with no explanation. Got home today and there's a door hanger that says they left it next door. Neighbor was gone til a few minutes ago. I went and asked, he didn't have it. Call the # on hanger and dip**** says we're going though a sort and there's nothing he can do. Says I have to call back in the morning to file a claim. I tell him I know better and the shipper has to file a claim. I ask for a supervisor and he says he is. Express my displeasure with UPS and that they screw up every shipment. The guy asks for ship number on ticket, looks it up and says it is back in for redelivery tomorrow. Has no idea why dumbfuch driver noted it was next door. I will NEVER ship anything with that POS company again.
