I am going to look at an 88 Turbo S tomorrow. However, the guy mentioned a few things that make me a little suspicious as to whether or not it is a "real" S.
What is the engine identification # for an S?
I know option 758 designates the S version, but I read somewhere that not all S's showed that code.
Any other positive identification characteristics that can be easily verifed?
I just want to be sure its a real "S" before I make any decisions about buying it.
