I've worked out semi-regularly since I was a teen. Usually just a few minutes a day on weekdays with weights. This was just to keep enough meat on me so I could go outside on windy days. Now that I'm approaching 40 it's becoming necessary to keep from looking pregnant. My wife's lucky enough to have the same metabolism. The problem is, she's a few years older than me and getting to where she needs to work out more and watch what she eats. So how do you pass that along without getting cutoff.
