A DHL/Airborne driver indicated that he delivered a "next morning delivery", time sensitive package that he did not actually deliver until three days later. Product was dead, end user pissed. I got on the phone to the vendor, told them how their carrier was representing them, got on the phone to DHL and told them of my displeasure in having erroneous information listed and them not living up to the contracted next-morning delivery.
I have not seen that person since (was told he was reassigned) and my DHL packages have been right on time for the last eight months.
