Bought a set of wheels that were at Al's shop...he had just refinished them for the seller. He shipped and I received BUT one 16x8 was bent and the box bottom edge was crushed. UPS said return to shipper for a claim. Al filed the claim but they never came out to exam the wheel to see the damage....just denied the claim. Yes, Al can fix the wheel but that will cost an additional $75 or so plus shipping back to me. How can they deny a claim if they don't even come SEE the damn thing.
