Bought a cat. converter for the Jeep.

Shipped UPS. Local guy takes it to a catalytic converter manufacturer 1.5 miles away, despite the address printed on the box. Driver picks it up 2 days later, and returns it to the people I bought it from saying I "refused" the package (lying POS never even came to my place).

Cat. converter company hot ships a second converter USPS and I get it about the same time convertor #1 comes back to them.

I buy parts from a Pelicanhead who sends them FedEx Ground Home Delivery. I'm not home. Driver opens the gate and puts the package out of the sun at the back door.

A lot depends on your local driver. I've had reliable UPS guys, but I've never had an unreliable FedEx guy.
