I think it's just luck of the draw; I have a good UPS guy here in my neighborhood and no problemos. (Knock on wood), I rarely get FedEx packages, but they usually arrive OK. My PO mail carrier is a bit of an old stoner or something, he is firing on about 3 cylinders and never delivers ANYTHING, I always have to go to the PO. I finally caught up w/ him and had a talk, (had to control the old temper), now he says he'll deliver everything.
These horror stories suck- I feel for you guys.
