I believe in the rights of gun owners in most cases, but I have to agree w/ purrybonker on this one: This is a textbook example of a situation where if people did not have immediate access to a gun, no one would be dead. And of course Fintstone is reliably FOS, he doesn't know who drew first, which guy was physically tougher, etc., etc.... It just fits this particualar story if the evil "liberal" gun dealer was the bad guy. Riiiiiight.....

I guess if you had a bit better reading comprehension...and a bit of logic...it would be clear to you too. The police let the much older man go and did not charge him after he convinced them it was self defense. Logic would lead a reasonable person to believe that one of the witnesses would have convinced the police otherwise if that were not the case.
I don't know about "tougher"....but that was your word wasn't it? I do know that one man (deceased) was much younger.
