I will never use UPS again either. I had a major issue over a Guitar I shipped to Londen through them. What a bunch of lamoids! The drivers seem to know their business but the dip-sh**s (management) (Sorry for the simulated expelitive Mark)at the main distribution center were total loosers when it came to customer service or effecient overseas shipping. It was as if they had never done it before. "What else do you people do?" (duh) FedEx has been good for me so far...
