Unless your trunk weatherstripping is doing an outstanding job, air flows into the trunk area and pressurizes it pretty good. If not, some strategically-placed holes will cure that. Next, install a length of SCAT hose into the clock hole and point it at your face or appropriate body part. An inline blower motor can add more volume if desired.
