If we leave a barely-functioning Iraq, and the country then breaks down into civil war fought with US-provided weapons, gets torn apart between the Sunnis, Shiites, Kurds, Iran surrogates, Syria surrogates and terrorist enclaves, and millions of refugees start pouring into the surrounding countries - I'm sure the Bushiites will still find a way to spin it as a positive. Failing that, they'll blame it on Clinton.
