Thanks for the encouragement Joe. It has been a love/hate deal so far. Parts have been a little problematic--luckily all of the original pieces were there, so I could reference part numbers when looking for replacements. Every time I have attempted to buy something(tires/tubes/battery) it was the same routine--me "I need tires, size xxxx" counterperson getting ready to fire-up their computer"what type of bike?" me--"you won't have it in your computer--Moto Morini" --counterperson "you mean Moto Guzzi?" "No, Moto Morini" "What's that?"
And lately I have been an E-bay junkie. My biggest diappointment has been the sweet Lewis Leathers vintage jacket which I bought from the UK doesn't fit--too small.
and I love the jacket, right now I am trying to broker a trade with another vintage dealer in London.
I only can hope that it starts
