The answer is.. it depends
the Brembos used from 964 up come oem w/ anti squeel spyders that are glued solidly to the pads.
The spring side of the spyder clips into the pistons
Sometimes you can get a scraper between the pad and spyder to separate them, if you can then the pad can be removed w/o taking the caliper off it's mount, then the spyder can be removed as well.
But if you cannot, then the caliper will need to be unbolted. Not really a big deal either way.
