Ok, here's the quick and dirty version.

I started with a spreadsheet - but it went quickly by the way side...

Started off with a 3.2 that was puffing smoke on downshifts (mainly at the track) Oil usage went from 1000 a qt - next oil change - 700 a qt. After recent track visit - 400 qt.

What I have done.
Bored throttlebody (thanks Carrera 3.5!)
Extrude Honed intake
Performance Valve (autocross/DE) job from EBS
6 valves replaced, all guides. Titanium springs and retainers.
Traded in my 3.2 pistons and Cylinders for 3.4 jugs (made from a 3.3 965) Heat coated and flame ringed.
9.8 to one JE Pistons and Rings with lightweight wrist pins. Measured at 9.8X (and came from EBS all shiny!)
ARP rod bolts (thanks to Carrera Cab!)
Supertech Head Studs
993 SS cams from John Dougherty Racing Cams
Replaced all Rocker Shafts
RSR Rocker Seals
930 Oil Compression fitting on cam feeds
New Carrera Tensioner lines
Teflon lined, stainless steel braid Carrera Fuel line
Powdercoated engine tin, valve covers, intake.
All new engine tin fastners
New oil sender
Steve Wong 3.4 chip
New Cylinder head temp sensor
New Speed reference Sensor
New Reference sensor
B & B exhaust 1 3/4 from a 964 (used, but new to me)
New B & B oil lines from Instant G.
All new fastening hardware. Grade 8
Surfaced flywheel
On it's way - custom dual in for B & B Headers Dual out muffler from Ben

While I was in there. New Engine Pad from Appbiz
New Rear Shocks (Bilstein HD's)
Replacing (currently) CV joint - outer boot rip... so replacing the axle
G-50 clutch fork update (weltmeister)
Spring centered 930 clutch
Various other items recommended from Wayne's Book from Pelican Parts...
