I went for a ride in my friends new '06 Corvette convertible. Wicked fast.
At 5'10" I fit fine.
Keyless ignition, Heads up display, built in G meter, adjustable suspension, great brakes to go with quickness.
Faster than all our Porsches at the local track, except for a dedicated race car.
Truly impressive.
Some heating issues and of course long term reliabilty remain.
Of course all the new Porsches are perfect.
This new Corvette is World Class, get used to it.
