Before I considered doing any business with this company I would recommend thoroughly reading this attached thread. The company may be acceptable but there have been some issues that I certainly would not wish to experience without first having something
firm in writing. The thread addresses a different issue but certainly shows the level of customer service (which I found to be totally unacceptable) from this company. In the end it appears that they decided to do the right thing but please follow the thought process from dC Automotive. It could simply be an inept representative from dC automotive but I would certainly be asking a lot of questions that the answers could be documented before venturing into any business with this company.
