We have had pugs for over 20 years and bought an English Bullbog last November. They about the same issues, sensitive skin, gas, snorting and snoring and they shed some. On the plus side he is absolutely dedicated to me and sits at the end of the driveway when I am working on the car and watches out for me. He is great with our grandson and granddaughter and I am sure glad we got him.
