I remember I was 17 and thinking about breaking up with my current wife "cause I could get hotter chicks". I simply thought it through and realized that I would be doing it purely for appearances and not to be happier. Best decision I've ever made, no doubt. So there you go, I just mentally did it, but I was merely 17 and didn't have the extra 15 years to get set in bad habits
