Uhhh, a website really doesn't do much.
#1) Those you want to shame probably don't have much shame in this respect.
#2) The majority of the country is still on dial-up, and won't want to waste time looking at pictures of their cars.
#3) Chances are 1 in 300 million that I'll ever meet the guy pictured above.
Being upset is perfectly justifiable, though if the guy's apologizing, you should kind of give him a break...things did work out in the end. But a website sounds like a really passive-aggressive answer, IMO.
