As Moses suggests you can make the demand to her. But in reality it will NEVER be granted. Full custody or relief of financial responsibility. You make these demands only as a bargaining chip.
Let me add another ugly possibility. You say the other woman is senior to your ex. It sounds to me like her "biological clock" was ticking and she used your ex as a "way to fulfill" her own needs. If the two of these women ever break up (yes lesbians do it as often as hetero couples) and your ex gives up custody to the other woman. Your now dealing with this woman on ALL matters concerning the child you fathered. How compasionate or understanding is this happy lesbian going to be towards you?
