Ok..so it's not technically a sub. Air pressure from the powered woofer moves the unpowered 6-1/2" radiator, augmenting the bass response. In essense a sealed enclosure producing sub sonic vibration.

I've read about 100 reviews on the Clarion and the Kenwood and from what I hear, the Kenwood out performs the Clarion in frequency response. That was said by many who tried both. The important part is that it fits under the seat and it bolts to the floor!!!
