I was going to suggest to DaveE that he could take his head out of his @ss but skipdup said it better.
To first suggest
"Maybe we could enlist the aid of those who volunteered to go to the US / Mexican border and shoot illegal aliens, see if they could go to New Orleans and shoot the looters."
