ianc... When I said public I meant here in the USA. Then just work the deal with the Iraqi leaders. I Iraq it's not the people who need to like us it's the gov't that we helped come to fruition. I assure you that we only allowed pro USA politicians to run the country. The citizens are another story completely and quite frankly would not play a role in the exportation of oil to the US, they wouldn't even be aware or have a clue.
