It is a special. That much is clear. But there are only two singles I know of that have a massive pushrod/king cam tube like that: The Norton Manx and the Norton International, which was really the road going version of the Manx. However, the stroke seems even LONGER on this machine. The massive square head is positively wierd.
Is any of this close?
