Not even one reply to this one? It is most likely a detached hose. can you feel any air underneath coming from the floor board area under the dash? The other possible problem is that you have a detached actuator. You can check this one by opening the front hood and removing the cowling protector (4) screws up near the windshield and look at the actuator cable and rod. make sure it is securely attached. have someone more the levers while you look at the actuator.
