Ah yes, the "lottery winners".
Sure, I see the point... some of the money is going to be misspent. Of course it is... a lot of my money is misspent.
But I'm bothered by the assumption that because they are poor they can't be trusted with money, or shouldn't be given the option to spend it as they see fit. Some people are poor because of misfortune, or because of a poor economy. Sure, some are poor because they are junkies or because they are irresponsible. But it's unfair, and inaccurate, to depict poor people as untrustworthy or undeserving. That's what's bothering me here.
