WRONG, until the State ask for help, which in this case, it refused to do, it is a STATE disaster!! The real NATIONAL disaster is that so many who cry about this don't understand the checks & balances system. You know we had a War about State's Rights once, The War of Northern Aggression. Again, had the people done as the were told, and followed their own laws, this wouldn't be an issue, but in a demacrook liberal Utopia, they aren't help accountable for their own actions or inactions
