The drive the was the slave in my old computer I left the jumpers alone since I know it was the slave in the old computer. It still did not work. I've also tried jumpering it to CS (cable select) hoping that the system in automatically see itl I am running XP in the new computer. I did try going to the "adding hardware", in the control pannel but it will show the new hard drive as a device. It shows the hard drive that the new computer came with. I've added hard drives before but they were new, not already loaded with information. I've also read something about maybe having to use a boot up disc?
