I'm working on the background for a DVD in Motion, and am not happy with any of our Juicer animations (From the Editor's Toolkit Vol 1). They all look kickass, but I need something more 50's style, and with less multi-directional motion. Colored sliding glass panes on top of some subtle texture would be perfect for this...
I've used motion before, but everything I've done so far was in animating small clips, building title screens, all of that easy stuff. Any ideas where I should get started with this background? Any favorite forums or howto sites?
