Have you shared the drives on both computers? Unless you open the drives open to share with another computer they will not see each others drives.

Right click on the start button, left click on "explore" on both computers. Find the "C" drive and right click on it, and left click on "sharing" and make sure that the drives are shared.

Try it then... might have to reboot...
