Ditto to pretty much what Mike has to say - I reckon the blame can be spread better widely on this one. It seems harder to find someone who did something right...
Our local paper quotes some toxic chemical govt guy as saying that NO will be uninhabitable for 10 years. I wonder if he's right?
And I wonder if there are going to be any 40 ft long toxic alligators now.
