Sounds cool, should be a great hp/weight ratio. I had an e36 328, what a great car, would have been good with another 50-60hp.
The 12:1 ratio is the amount of fuel pressure increase in relation to boost. The reason I used the 12:1 is that its what has been used in the past on the M10 with 5-10 psi of boost. Did tons of research from the 2002 guys.

I have a heat sheild that covers the turbo and I will most likely relocate the coil. And will always carry a fire extinguisher.
