Irony is they could of been right.
There is a very remote chance that the EPA (and it's union), which has been laid to waste by the Bush administration, deflowered and hung out to dry, is trying to get even.
Of course this would have to be a "right-wing" conspiracy theory, one I am not qualified to start.
