Steer clear of cone filters, they draw in hot air from inside the engine compartment. Header and exhaust won't do anything till the AFM restriction is removed, MAF conversion does that. Light pulleys might net you a couple (read 1 or 2) HP, but will allow your engine to rev up a little more quickly. You will probably get as much power freed up by pulling the balance shaft belt as you will from doing most aftermarket bolt ons.
