Alf lets get with the 21st Century....Nobody wants to take the land or wealth anymore.....that is so 19th century.....
The modern idea is for an interconnected world economy, where U put factories and businesses to extract the wealth....there is NO NEED for occupying armies anymore....U CONTROL THROUGH ECONOMICS AND CASH FLOW>>>> if someone eggresses you cut off the cash flow to get him back in line...Armys are only going to be used when the guy is so whack that he doesn't listen and refuses the offer you can't refuse...like Sadam and Kim Ill Jung....and Jung at least comes to the table... This is the way the American Empire works and is known as PAX AMERICANA....
