I love the line about it all being optional. In a few years they will announce that, because so many people PREFER the new system, they are dropping the old system and you MUST utilize this. I will say- great
PR piece. Whemever wrote it put it on nice and thick. And, if something thinks a genuine JOURNALIST wrote this, dream on. It looks like a cut and paste from something sent to him. Of course he gets paid for sticking this piece of garbage excuse for a news article in the paper.

Now we knew how the indians felt when they saw the railroad tracks being laid through their territories. How the Chinese felt when the WWII Japanese troops came in to "rescue" them from the influence of the British Empire.. and it goes on.
I wonder how much longer we are going to be able to legally be able to enjoy these cars we love so much. If you look far enough back you will see that our "freedoms" have been severely restricted from the old days.
