You want a changed system? Start in local poletics and effect the "system" at a ground level - get a bunch of the folks who have similar concerne and form your party. Heck, just glom onto an exsisting one and if yoy fill it with enough f your people you can take it in any direction (legally) you wish provided your message is sound and you get the votes.
