She died on Aug. 29, and for dramatic effect this guy fabricated phone calls up until Sept. 2 trying to show how abandoned they were. What a class act.
Of course they write off another total fabrication in the news, since he 'was emotional.'
Thank God for those pajama-wearing bloggers. If it weren't for them, the true story would have never come out. Same as the forged documents.
I'm not sure that fact checking is a lost art, I'm convinced there never
was fact-checking. It's easier to believe that they've never been called to task on their stories (until now) than it is to believe that all of a sudden they've gotten extra sloppy. They've just got away with it for too long.
