You guys don't think that if I showed up w/ the tech bulletin and the invoice, that I would get anywhere? It is clear that he put the wrong part in (if he actually did, and wasn't just stealing money from my mom by adding items to the bill). In my eyes this borders on fraud.
I would love to do the work myself, but unfortunately I don't have a garage, so I doubt I would be able to do this on the street (where all my wrenching takes place now).
