That's a really good website. How did you remove the undercoating? I've tried using the grinder and it chokes me out really quick. Also, did you remove this part in the picture? I was considering cutting the pan out along the 90 degree bend in the front (see picture 2). I was going to create a lap joint, although it is not stock intend my intuition tells me it will be alright.
